Volcanoes

We are learning about Volcanoes.  I know that Magma is liquid (molten) rock.  Ash makes up big clouds that spreads out into the sky from the volcano.
Volcanoes that have already erupted are called extinct volcanoes.  An eruption is caused by molten rock heating up.  The name volcano comes from the Roman god of fire Vulcan.

I used HyperStudio to draw my amazing volcanoes.
